Cheyenne (fostered10/3/10-Present)

Cheyenne's got a nutty personality.
She's still all baby and loves to be cuddled and held close by her
person. She will eat her foster mom's hair, try to climb gently
on her and is a overall lovebug. Cheyenne is very attached to her
foster mom and favorite people and quite an affectionate sweetheart.
When she's unsure of her situation, she looks to her foster mom
for direction and gets as close as possible for protection. She's
initially unsure of new people but she comes around pretty quickly
(women more quickly than men). She really needs someone who will
continue to encourage her to explore her world and build her confidence.

She's a feisty girl who will run full tilt
at whatever scares her, sure that her bravado will win the day.
She adores her stuffies and loves to toss them about and then pounce!
on them. She also loves to chew on bones--knuckle bones are her
very favorite. Cheyenne loves to romp and play in the yard, yet
she's always happy to check in with her people to say hi! Considering
how young she is, she is not as high energy as expected. She knows
Touch (nose to palm), Off and Back. She is working to understand
Sit but it still hasn't clicked with her.
Cheyenne is a fun loving girl who would
rather be inside snuggling with her people. She's always on the
lookout for treats and food and enjoys having a tummy rub while
being fed yummy treats. :-).
Cheyenne would prefer to be the only k-9
in the house but tested well with cats. She travels like a dream.
Cheyenne is crate trained and up to date on vaccines.
